Summer nightly rates: $275/night (3 night min.) From Memorial to Labor day weekends.
***Does not include dates around the 4th of July and Labor day weekend (4 night min. for 4th of July and $325/night)(Labor day weekend is $325/night, 3 night min.)

Early Fall nightly rates: $210/night (2 night min.)After Labor day weekend to around Oct. 15th
Late Fall nightly rates: $130/night (2 night min.) Oct. 16- mid November
Winter nightly rates: $225/night (2 night min.) After Thanksgiving to around April 1

Spring nightly rates: $175/night (2 night min.) April 2- Memorial day weekend
Christmas and New Years: (4 night minimum) $275/night around Christmas and $290/night around New Years.
There is a $300 Damage deposit required on all rentals, 100% refundable if house is in perfect condition upon your departure. This is not a part of the rent.
Cleaning fee of $180 will be charged for each stay.
We allow dogs but charge a $75/ pet fee. If you bring a dog without notifying us you will forfeit your entire damage deposit.
There is a 6% sales and lodging tax to be paid on top of the rental that is remitted to the state of Colorado and Grand county.
